To maintain the building licence work as already started on site. 50 metres of access road has been laid off the main road down to the first Villa, which is now completed and can be seen by prospective purchasers as an example of the quality and building specification of these villas.

Work is to start on the remaining ten villas to be released for sale in 2008.

It is proposed that a small leisure centre be incorporated in the overall design with heated outdoor pool, bar and restaurant with a possible Spa complex to take advantage of the natural mountain water which will be available from the well already drilled and ready to be tapped.

 This will add uniqueness to this beautiful site (see attached layout plan) making this a location ideally suited for permanent, winter or holiday homes embracing the traditional Spanish community within the confines of this lovely town of Cervera del Maestre.
